'Allo Kiddies,

This month, we have, fresh back from conquering New York, Miyagi, who have packed out Full Moons before. Get in while there’s room!

The Flares are finally managing to get on the bill, and from Glasgow we have the return of Transaudio, who played a Full Moon under their previous name of 'Electra'. Not to be confused with the esoteric Electra who has graced many a Full Moon Club with her transcendental vocals. She’s on the bill too!

Another FMMC regular is FRAK keyboard player, singer/songwriter Rosie Bell, also giving us a session of her solo stuff. From way down south in darkest England, Mawda are up to do the festival, so naturally they want to play a Full Moon, and who are we to deny them? There is also a spot filled by mad Geordie exile Gaz Death, poetry and black humour in one mighty spurt.

It all kicks off on Thursday the 5th August at 8, and with a bill this full, it will kick off at 8, and as ever, it’s free.

See y’all down there!

Cheers,
Fritz

Full Moon Music Club, first Thursday of every month @ Bannermans in the Cowgate, is a free open mic.   Acts book in advance by calling me on 07766175749 (not mornings please, I’m allergic), or take a chance by turning up on the night. We supply a full back line (guitar & bass amps, and drumkit), full P.A. and Mally, our esteemed soundman.
